My brand new car was involved in a hit and run. The left fender and wheel were damaged. I saw the great reviews they had and I decided to trust them with my car. No regrets there. It’s like it never happened. Although my windshield was damaged while being there (who knows what happened) they offered to fix it for me without making it a big deal about it not being their fault . All in all I would recommend them to anybody with body shop needs due to their professionalism and terrific customer service.

I was involved in an accident with a new car and was so upset. Depalo and sons was on the list of approved auto body shops by Geico so I decided to use them for repairs. I am so HAPPY that I did. The second I decided to use them, they had contacted me and set up my rental car and everything that I needed to know was answered before I could even ask. They updated me regularly on the repairs and were 100 percent accurate with the timing of the repairs. I would highly recommend this place and plan on going back for a detail in the future! The customer service was like no other. Highly highly recommend!
